Sealant remains tacky for up to 24 hours and fully cures in 7 days. Open to traffic in 24 hours.
The SAKRETE Non-Sag Sealant can be painted with a latex paint after 7 days.
300 mL (10.1 oz) tube fills a space approximately 6 mm (1/4 in) x 13 mm (1/2 in) x 3.6 m (12 ft).
Surface must be clean, dry, and free from all contaminants that may interfere with bonding.
Sealant should be applied when surface and air temperatures are between +4 °C (40 °F) and +43 °C (110 °F).
Cut tube nozzle to desired bead width and squeeze into bottom of crack using standard caulking gun. Smooth and trim excess with a moistened putty knife while sealant is fresh.
The depth of the crack or joint should be half the width of the joint (2:1 width-to-depth ratio). Cracks or joints should be a minimum of 6 mm (¼ in) wide and 6 mm (1/4 in) deep, and a maximum of 25 mm (1 in) wide and 13 mm (1/2 in) deep. Deeper cracks should be filled with SAKRETE Backer Rod first. NOTE: Do not use around fresh silicone sealants.
